Well what an insight - I'm an accommodating learner. This means my strengths are:

In order to improve I am going to try and make more informed decisions that I have investigated myself. I currently use information that has been provided for me or use knowledge of past experiences.

I am also going to try and be more reflective in my practice and ensure I spend time developing my teaching and learning.

Leadership challenge ideas!





For my leadership challenge I am looking at the possibility of two projects as yet. These are:

- developing confidence of students studying work skills
- Improving attendance and participation in extra curricular activities of DL students in year 9 band b.

I will start to develop my learning style as mentioned above by starting to carry out some research before I make my final decision - see I'm starting to develop already!!
