Well what an insight - I'm an accommodating learner. This means my strengths are: - getting things done - leading - taking risks - initiating - being adaptable - being practical Here's a pic of what my learning style grid looks like In order to improve I am going to try and make more informed decisions that I have investigated myself. I currently use information that has been provided for me or use knowledge of past experiences. I am also going to try and be more reflective in my practice and ensure I spend time developing my teaching and learning. Leadership challenge ideas! For my leadership challenge I am looking at the possibility of two projects as yet.
